Meat Lover’s Pizza

  • Author: Patricia

Ingredients

Scale

For the Crust

  • 1 lb pizza dough (homemade or store-bought)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

For the Sauce

  • 1 cup pizza sauce (store-bought or homemade)

For the Toppings

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled Italian sausage
  • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1/2 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup diced ham
  • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled ground beef
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). If you have a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat up.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness. Transfer the dough to a pizza peel or baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Brush the dough with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder.
  4. Par-bake the crust in the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes until it starts to set but not fully cooked.
  5. Remove the crust from the oven. Spread an even layer of pizza sauce over the crust, leaving a small border around the edges.
  6. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
  7. Evenly distribute the cooked sausage, bacon, pepperoni, ham, and ground beef over the cheese.
  8. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning over the top.
  9. Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  10. Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing.
  11. Serve hot with your favorite sides and dipping sauces.
