- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup chopped fresh strawberries
- ½ cup chocolate chips
- Extra butter for the pan
Instructions
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk together the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Combine: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Stir until just combined; it’s okay if it’s a bit lumpy.
- Add Ins: Gently fold in the chopped strawberries and chocolate chips.
- Cook: Heat a non-stick pan over medium-low heat and lightly grease with butter. Pour ¼ cup of batter for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown.
- Serve: Serve hot with your choice of toppings.
