Delicious Cheddar Cheeseburger Sliders Recipe

  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese, cut in half
  • 12 slider buns
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Combine ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl. Mix gently until well combined.
  2. Form the mixture into 12 equal-sized patties, slightly larger than the slider buns.
  3. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side, until browned and cooked through.
  4. During the last minute of cooking, place half a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and cover to melt.
  5. While the patties cook, brush the slider buns with melted butter and toast them lightly on the grill or skillet.
  6. Assemble the sliders by placing each patty on a toasted bun. Add any desired toppings and serve immediately.
