- 1 lb ground beef (80/20)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 6 slices cheddar cheese, cut in half
- 12 slider buns
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
Instructions
- Combine ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl. Mix gently until well combined.
- Form the mixture into 12 equal-sized patties, slightly larger than the slider buns.
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side, until browned and cooked through.
- During the last minute of cooking, place half a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and cover to melt.
- While the patties cook, brush the slider buns with melted butter and toast them lightly on the grill or skillet.
- Assemble the sliders by placing each patty on a toasted bun. Add any desired toppings and serve immediately.
