Ingredients
– 4 medium Russet potatoes
– 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
– 1 tablespoon garlic powder
– ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
– 1 teaspoon dried oregano
– Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
2. Wash and cut the Russet potatoes into even wedges.
3. In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper, oregano, and half of the parmesan cheese until well coated.
4. Spread the wedges in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown.
6. In the last few minutes of baking, sprinkle with remaining parmesan cheese until melted.
