- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup cooked pasta (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs or crushed crackers
- 2 tablespoons melted butter

- Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the Casserole Base: In a large bowl, mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, ranch seasoning, and cream of chicken soup until smooth.
- Combine Ingredients: Add the cooked chicken, bacon, shredded cheeses, and cooked pasta (if using) to the mixture. Season with salt and pepper, and stir until all ingredients are well combined.
- Assemble the Casserole: Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Add Topping: In a small bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs or crushed crackers with the melted butter. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the casserole.
- Bake: Place the casserole in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is heated through.
- Serve: Allow the casserole to cool for a few minutes before serving.
