  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
  • 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup cooked pasta (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs or crushed crackers
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

  1. Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the Casserole Base: In a large bowl, mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, ranch seasoning, and cream of chicken soup until smooth.
  3. Combine Ingredients: Add the cooked chicken, bacon, shredded cheeses, and cooked pasta (if using) to the mixture. Season with salt and pepper, and stir until all ingredients are well combined.
  4. Assemble the Casserole: Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  5. Add Topping: In a small bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs or crushed crackers with the melted butter. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the casserole.
  6. Bake: Place the casserole in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is heated through.
  7. Serve: Allow the casserole to cool for a few minutes before serving.
